Lauren A. Warner is an experienced trial attorney who represents companies, institutions, and individuals in complex civil litigation, False Claims Act litigation, and government and internal investigations.  Lauren also frequently represents clients in mediations and arbitrations, and her negotiating acumen has saved countless clients the significant time, expense, and stress associated with protracted litigation.  Lauren counsels and advises clients in various sectors, including business owners and entrepreneurs, universities and other educational institutions, c-suite executives, and elected officials.  Lauren also works extensively with medical doctors, both as clients and as expert witnesses.  Lauren has a strong working knowledge of various medical specialties and understands how to present complicated medical issues to judges and juries.  

Lauren is licensed in Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Florida and has extensive experience with civil jury trials, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout the country.  A New Orleans native, Lauren made Atlanta her home after working in Philadelphia and developing her expertise as a trial attorney for nearly a decade.  Before advancing her career at Chilivis Grubman, Lauren worked in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office as a Senior Associate, where she served as an active member of the Tort and Environmental practice group representing businesses in complex product liability actions.  

Lauren graduated from Villanova University School of Law with honors having received a full academic scholarship.  After clerking for the Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Lauren began her legal career as an associate at Dechert LLP and then at Haines & Associates, a boutique litigation firm in Philadelphia.  

Lauren is a proud member of the Board of Trustees for Oglethorpe University, her alma mater.  Lauren is a Leadership Team Member for the Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorneys (GAHA), a member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys (GABWA), and serves on the Executive Committee and Planning Committee for the Leadership Institute for Women of Color Attorneys (LIWOCA).  Lauren lives in Stone Mountain, Georgia with her husband and their two children.
